A natural people person, Lily believes relationship and collaboration are the keys to design. Lily spent the early part of her career in roles focused on fostering the adoption of disruptive health technologies at organizations such as BlackBerry, Sybase, Microsoft and eHealth Ontario. While having the right technology in place is critical, it’s Lily’s enthusiasm, creativity and focus on the human experience that makes her special and unique. 

Now based in Toronto and juggling the responsibilities of being a new mother, Lily has become an essential part of the glue that keeps J5 working as a team. In addition to her work as a service designer with government, non-profit and private sector clients, she is also responsible for shaping J5’s remote work culture and practice to better support all our employees and clients in the new reality of hybrid work.
