Meng is UX and Service Designer, trained in social science. Possessing a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, her academic foundation has provided her with a unique blend of proficiencies in quantitative research and data-driven design. Nevertheless, her profound aspiration to forge concrete, human-centric, and data-informed solutions for wicked problems has compelled her to cultivate her practice in human-centred design at J5.

Spending time with Meng you will quickly realize, that people fascinate her. She is always ready with a thoughtful and inquisitive questions that will expand her understanding. It is that genuine curiosity and the fact that she cares deeply about people that allows her to tackle complex problems and find solutions for the people they serve. Meng is not the loudest voice in the room, but you can be sure her quick wit, humour and wise perspective are constantly elevating her teams.

You will find Meng in our Edmonton office, currently helping the Government of Alberta transform their digital services for citizens across the province.
