“Veronica has a passion for improving the communities that she is a part of and she believes that service design is an effective tool for cultivating real change.

With degrees in both business and social work, and experience on the front line, she has a unique perspective that informs how she navigates complex problems. Having worked with Calgary’s homeless population for many years, Veronica has a deep understanding of how to evaluate user needs with a practice that utilizes principles from trauma-informed care.

Her blend of business acumen and understanding of fundamental human needs enables her to focus on upstream solutions to system level problems. As a vital part of our team, Veronica brings enthusiasm and empathy to her work J5 team.
